Optima Service Solutions was founded in 1997 with the vision of transforming the way in which the installation and service industry operates. Our beginnings started in Atlanta with a single truck delivering major kitchen appliances. Within 18 months, our nationwide fleet grew to over 100 vehicles providing delivery support for over 500 stores and logistical solutions to our clients.
1997 - OPTIMA launches in-home installation program with service for every zip code in the 48 contiguous states – exceeding the expectations of our clients and providing professional installation upon product delivery.
2002 - OPTIMA expands to include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.
2005 - OPTIMA opens a new call center with over 150 seats providing our clients with exceptional customer service.
2006 - OPTIMA celebrates an expanding client base along with the continued increase of the number of installations per year while surpassing our standards for quality service.
2007 - OPTIMA introduces full-service kiosk solutions to retailers nationwide, allowing consumers to purchase and schedule installation of merchandise as well as providing guidance for additional retail products required for installation.
