Qualifications and requirements to work as a service professional with Optima:

• Two years experience on a wide range of brands and product types with proven record of customer satisfaction
• Must have the tools and supplies required for installation
• Must have a presentable and well-maintained vehicle
• PC with internet connectivity to access Evolution
• Company owner and all technicians must have a cell phone
• Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate Insurance (Auto and General Liability) with an "A" rated carrier
• General Liability Insurance Certificate naming OPTIMA SERVICE SOLUTIONS as an additional insured with the following requirements:

• Copies of state and local licenses
• Copies of certificates you have earned
