Logistic & Reverse Logistic Solutions

Optima Service Solutions is often called upon to do jobs that many would consider “out of the box.” We welcome the opportunity to tackle these jobs on both a national and regional basis.

National Logistics Provider – Atlanta, Georgia
Optima installed double stacked laundry units in the newly constructed Metropolis condominium towers.
Details of the installations included the connection of hoses to existing water valves and placing the drain hose in the existing opening.
Total number of units installed – approximately 500

National Logistics Provider – Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada
Optima hardwired and installed single and double wall ovens in new home construction sites.
Total number of units hardwired and installed - approximately 200

Major Manufacturer’s Design Studio – Atlanta, Georgia
Optima installed all of the Manufacturer’s appliances in the studio displays so customers could step into fully equipped kitchens and suites, and try out the latest from the Manufacturer’s home appliances.
Installations from this particular project ranged from dishwashers to built-in refrigerators as well as professional ranges and personal valets.

National Logistics Provider– Georgia, Louisiana, Texas and Florida
Optima participated in a limited recall in which the consumer’s existing air conditioner wall unit was exchanged with a new unit so that research could be completed on the returned units.
Many of the customers lived in small market rural communities.

National Electronics Manufacturer – Nationwide
Optima worked with a National Electronics Manufacturer to swap out defective handles on selected equipment.

National Logistics Provider – Houston, Texas
Optima removed the existing dishwasher and refrigerator in each apartment in the complex and replaced them with new units.
Total number of apartments – 189

National Logistics Provider – Southern California
Optima installed all major appliances in new home construction within receipt of a 24 hour notification from Logistics Provider. Installations from this project ranged from microwaves to built-in refrigerators as well as professional ranges and ice makers.
